According to the National Institutes for health, fish oil is rated as effective for lowering high triglycerides, is likely effective for heart disease, is possibly effective for high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, menstrual pain, ADHD, Raynaud's syndrome, stroke, weak bones, hardening of the arteries, kidney problems, bipolar disorders, psychosis, weight loss, endometrial cancer, AMD, psoriasis, high cholesterol, and asthma.
