Does Milk Have Vitamin C?
Milk has very little vitamin C.
If you are looking to boost your vitamin C intake through your diet, milk is not the best food choice. When milk is heated it loses even more vitamin C.

Good sources: Thiamin, riboflavin, and vitamin B12. The amount of vitamin A in milk depends on the fat content. Lower fat milk has less vitamin A but is often fortified. Vitamin D fortification is usually added to milk.

High Sources of Vitamin C
The best odds of increasing your vitamin c intake through diet are to eat foods rich in the nutrient which include oranges, grapefruits, cantaloupe, strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, kiwi fruit, papaya, and sweet red pepper.
