Don't allow your parsley to form flower stalks, called bolting. Remove them as they appear to allow the plant to focus its energies on leaf production. Harvest your plants first thing in the morning right after the dew dries. This will help to retain the essential oils that give the herb its flavor before it is evaporated throughout the day.
